Je kan binnen de 14 dagen nadat je het product ontvangen hebt, items terugsturen.
Om het volledige aankoopbedrag terug te krijgen is het belangrijk om je product in de originele staat en onbeschadigd terug te bezorgen.

Je kan de aangekochte items terug inleveren wanneer Shopping Event Vip een fysieke verkoop organiseert van het merk waarvan je de items wilt terugbrengen. Breng zeker je ontvangstbewijs en retourformulier mee, zonder kunnen wij de retour niet aanvaarden.Dit kan gedurende de termijn van de verkoop. (tot maximaal 14 dagen ontvangst).
Optie 2 Je kan aangekochte items tot 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.
Zorg er zeker voor het retourformulier toe te voegen. De retourkosten zijn ten laste van de klant.
